Manning Centre for Building Democracy

Today I met with Preston Manning & Mike Martin from the Manning Centre of Building Democracy.

Centre creator, Preston ‘living legend’ Manning PC CC AOE is son of Alberta’s 8th premier and also founder of the Canadian Reform Party (now Conservative Party). Preston’s chief policy advisor was University of Calgary student, Stephen Harper, who is now the current Prime Minister.

Mike is the Centre Director and previous organiser of 36 conservative electoral districts in British Columbia. Mike is tasked with identifying and training the next generation of Conservative leaders.

There are many life times worth of education hearing these two talk about their accomplishments and experiences.
